Missing any of these six items delays or invalidates the takedown. Please review carefully.
The copyrighted work
A clear description of the work you claim has been infringed — title, registration number if any, or a link to the original.
The infringing material
The exact URL(s) on our website where the infringing material appears — enough detail for us to locate and remove it.
Your contact details
Full legal name, postal address, phone number and email address — so we can reach you and the affected party can respond.
Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
Accuracy declaration
A statement — under penalty of perjury — that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent laws in India, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages. File responsibly.
